NOTE: At the moment I’m not offering supervision groups but only individual consultation, supervision and therapy.

Online IFS informed supervision group for psychotherapy students

This is a unique opportunity to dive into the parts of you (and your clients) that come up during therapy and in the process of your psychotherapy education.

You don’t have to know much about Internal Family Systems (IFS) to join this group, as we will dive into the fundamentals of the modal and the IFS way of understanding the human system.

The focus of the group is mainly on the parts of you that come up in you as a therapist. This focus will help you know when you’re blended with your parts and how to help settle your parts and get back into Self energy.

We will also focus on parts of your clients when that is needed. This can really help you help your client even if you don’t use IFS in your practice

The 8 C’s of Self energy is: Calm, Clarity, Connectedness, Confidence, Curiosity, Compassion, Courage and Creativity.

In the group we spend time focusing on how to notice when you are in Self-energy, when your heart feels open and how to be the calm in the storm.

There will be 4-5 participants in each group (you are welcome to sign up together if you want to join a group with your classmates).
We meet online for 4-5 hours.

Once we have a group together, we will decide together when and how often to meet.
