4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 When Payment is Collected
Payment is collected after the therapy session has been delivered. You will receive an invoice with a payment link following your session. Funds are withdrawn immediately upon completing the payment.
4.3 Stored Payment Methods
With your consent, you may store your credit card details securely for future payments. If you choose this option:
- Your card details are stored securely by our payment processor (QuickPay/Clearhaus)
- We do not have access to your full card details
- Stored cards may be charged after future sessions at your request or as agreed

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancelling a Session
